The Jebel Jais Zipline is officially recognized as the world’s longest zipline (2.83 km), spanning across the Hajar Mountains in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ride includes Jebel Jais Flight, Jais Sky Tour & Jais Sledder 

Jebel Jais Flight  You’ll soar “superman-style” at speeds reaching up to 160 km/h

Jais Sky Tour is a thrilling adventure where you glide from one platform to another over the rugged mountain scenery. It includes 6 zipline flights and a sky bridge, offering a unique and scenic experience apart from the main zipline.

Jais Sledder is a fun gravity-powered ride that twists and turns down the mountain. It’s suitable for both kids and adults and can be combined with the zipline for a full day of fun.

How long does the Jebel Jais Zipline ride take?

• Zipline flight time:  speed up to 120 - 160km/ hr, approximately 2–3 minutes

• Jais Sky tour: 7 platforms connect 6 Ziplines (337 m–1,068 m, total ~5 km), speeds ~60 km/h, duration ~2 h

• Jais Flight + Jais Sky Tour: Duration 3 hours

• Jebel Jais Flight + Jais Sledder: Duration 90 minutes

Full experience: ~1 hr (including check-in, briefing, shuttle transfers, gearing up, etc.)

Yes. Restrooms and a snack bar are available at the Welcome Center only. 1484 by Puro, the highest restaurant in the UAE, located on Jebel Jais, is accessible to visitors of the Jebel Jais zipline area (only after checking in).

What about the Jebel Jais Zipline operations if the weather is bad?

Zipline operations may pause due to:

Is the RAK zipline open in summer?

Yes, it's open year-round, including summer. In extreme heat, early morning slots are best. Temporary pauses may occur for operational maintenance to check availability

Can teens be allowed to ride the Jebel Jais Zipline alone?

Ages 16–17 can often ride solo with parental consent. 

 What if I’m outside the weight/height limits for the Jais Zipline ride?

Unfortunately, you cannot ride. Limits are strictly enforced for safety. Riders are weighed at check-in.

Can I cancel or reschedule my Zipline booking?

• Cancellation and  rescheduling is possible before  72 hours' prior to the activity

• During bad Weather conditions -  free rescheduling and cancellation possible
